Privacy policy
The Third Script is the studio of Amir Marashi, a sole trader in Sydney. This policy explains, in plain words, what personal information I collect through this website, why I collect it, where it is kept, and what you can ask me to do with it.
Last updated 2 October 2026.
What I collect
I collect personal information only when you choose to contact me:
- When you book a call through Cal.com (an online booking service): your name, your email address, the time you chose, and anything you write in the booking form.
- When you email [email protected]: your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write.
The website has no contact form, no accounts and no newsletter, so it collects nothing else about you.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to you, to hold the call you booked, and to follow up about the work you asked about. I do not sell your information, add you to a mailing list, or use it for advertising.
If you run a clinic, please do not send me patient or client health information by email or in a booking. If a project needs it, we will agree in writing how it is handled first.
Where it is stored
- Bookings are stored by Cal.com, which runs the booking page.
- Emails to [email protected] pass through Cloudflare Email Routing (a service that forwards the address) and are stored in my Google account (Gmail).
These services may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. I keep your details only as long as I need them to deal with your enquiry, or longer if we work together and the law requires me to keep business records.
Cookies
This website uses no tracking cookies and shows no ads. To count visits, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.
When you select “Book a call”, you leave this website for Cal.com, and Cal.com’s own privacy policy applies there.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email [email protected] and I will reply within 30 days. Deleting your details also deletes them from my booking and email accounts, unless the law requires me to keep a record.
If you are not happy with my answer, you can ask the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (the government body for privacy) for advice at oaic.gov.au.
